Vulcan SX24-4BN Description
Durable and corrosion resistant, the Vulcan SX24-4BN gas range features a primarily stainless steel construction with a porcelain bottom and door liner. To maintain stability on uneven or sloped flooring, operators can adjust its 6-inch legs. This unit measures 23.98 inches wide by 32.54 inches deep by 60.34 inches high.
To endure heavy use in fast-paced commercial kitchens, the Vulcan SX24-4BN commercial range is designed with 12-inch by 12-inch cast top grates and four open top burners that enable thorough cleaning. Powered by natural gas, it features two shrouded flash tube pilot lights (one light for every two burners). To cook a variety of product types quickly and effectively, this unit's oven offers four possible rack positions and has a temperature range of 250-500 degrees Fahrenheit.
