These Cayenne series countertop medium duty gas griddles from Vollrath are made with aluminized, fully-welded stainless steel and feature a polished, 3/4" thick steel griddle plate. Four separate manual thermostat controls on this gas griddle are used to set each custom designed, stainless steel U-shaped burner (28,000 BTU each) that provides even heat distribution to each 12" wide heating zone on the 19" deep x 47-11/16" wide cooking surface.
The knobs and knob guards on the gas griddle are guaranteed for life and won't break or crack. Grease and dirt traps are eliminated by the welded griddle plate seams and it has a 2-3/4" backsplash and tapered sidesplashes. The flat top gas griddle sits firmly on heavy-duty adjustable legs.
The Vollrath 40839 Cayenne 48" Medium Duty Gas Griddle is a natural gas unit and includes a conversion kit to set it up for propane. The griddle has a 3/4" NPT gas inlet and includes a regulator and gas valve.
