These Cayenne series medium duty, flat top gas griddles from Vollrath are made with aluminized, fully-welded stainless steel and feature a polished, 3/4" thick steel griddle plate. A single, manual thermostat control on this gas griddle is used to set the custom designed, stainless steel U-shaped burner (28,000 BTU) that provides even heat distribution to a 19" deep x 11-11/16" wide heating zone.
The knob and knob guard on the gas griddle are guaranteed for life and won't break or crack. Grease and dirt traps are eliminated by the welded griddle plate seams and it has a 2-3/4" backsplash and tapered sidesplashes. The flat top gas griddle sits firmly on heavy-duty adjustable legs.
The Vollrath 40718 Cayenne 12" Medium Duty Gas Griddle is a natural gas unit and includes a conversion kit to set it up for propane. The griddle has a 3/4" NPT gas inlet and includes a regulator and gas valve.
