Garland U24-4L Description
The Garland U24-4L gas range includes a 27-inch-deep work top that has four burners with cast iron ring grates, which are individually controlled with user-friendly knobs directly below. On the front, a 5-inch plate rail offers an area for staff members to finish dishes, while on the back, a tall guard protects nearby surfaces from grease splatter. If it is not needed, the storage shelf included with the guard can be removed. With a snap-action thermostat, the space-saver oven can operate at a maximum temperature of 500 degrees Fahrenheit and includes a nickel-plated rack that can be positioned at one of three levels. For durability, the oven interior is made of aluminized steel, and its nonstick, porcelain-coated bottom helps reduce food buildup.
