Constructed of smooth stainless steel, the Garland GD-36G Designer Series gas griddle can quickly be wiped down because it doesn?t have crevices that catch crumbs and other particles. The unit works well on a countertop or with other GD series equipment as it?s lifted with 4-inch adjustable legs for versatility. Equipped with 25?8-inch-high back and side splash guards, the structure helps protect adjacent surfaces from pops of hot oil.
The Garland GD-36G commercial griddle uses a piezo spark ignition to turn on its burners. Its 1?2-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate heats quickly with its thin size, and recovery is fast?a great choice for sporadic use. Operators manage the burners with a hi/lo control valve to prevent undercooking and burning, and overall, the unit has a 36-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep cooking surface to simultaneously cook multiple foods.
