US Range G60-4G36RR Description
The Garland G60-4G36RR restaurant range offers several methods of cooking, so it is ideal for restaurants with little space that offer a variety of menu items. Ideal for skillets and soup kettles, it has four cast-iron burners that put out 33,000 BTU each. A 36-inch griddle plate can be used to grill sausages, hamburgers, and other products, while splash guards keep food from getting inside the burners.
Beneath the rangetop of the Garland G60-4G36RR commercial gas range are two oven chambers, and because these chambers have snap-action thermostats that go from low to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, chefs can cook various types of foods. While the porcelain oven interior eases cleaning, it is more susceptible to cracking than metal options. The range’s stainless steel defends it against rust, corrosion, and denting.
