AccuTemp E62083E100 Description
The Accutemp E62083E100 countertop convection steamer operates without a boiler for simplified use. It features a front-mounted drain valve for quick water removal and is designed with simple connections for streamlined setup. Operating without moving parts, this unit's Steam Vector Technology results in reduced maintenance. To facilitate monitoring and setting adjustments, it's built with a digital display and temperature controls. The door can be opened during the cooking cycle and is field reversible to open from either side.
The Accutemp E62083E100 countertop steamer has a rust-resistant steamer cavity that's made of 14-gauge stainless steel for durability in heavy-duty applications. It includes an independent, programmable timer to track cook times, and its indicator lights alert users if maintenance is needed. For quick, even heating, the element is made of cast aluminum and is kept separate from steam to prevent corrosion.
