Description

The C12 is an economy manual slicer that is part of the Chefmate line from Globe. Featuring a chrome alloy knife and high powered motor, a variety of meats and produce can easily be sliced while retaining a sharp blade. A top-mounted knife sharpener with dual action provides a razor sharp cutting edge for high quality results. The compact and light-weight design allows for easy placement and is ideal for limited slicing requirements. Moreover, this unit is equipped with manual reset and overload protection for longterm durability.
