Description

The DH-6000-VHR is an ENERGY STAR certified Genesis model DH-6000 Ventless Heat Recovery (VHR) dishwashing machine with hood-type doors from Champion that collects and re-uses the heat and steam it produces while cleaning up to 40 racks per hour.

This is a high temperature dishwashing machine (Wash @ 150 degrees F, Rinse @ 180 degrees F) that can be configured for straight through or corner installations.

This VHR model dishwashing machine removes heat and water vapor at the end of a cycle and recovers the normally exhausted heat and transfers it to the booster. Incoming cold water passes through a 3/4" NPT water connection on the dishwasher and heats up during the wash cycle before it is fed to the built-in 40 to 70 degree rise booster.

A Rinse Sentry feature on this dishwashing machine ensures a 180 degree F final rinse. The auto start feature on this dishwashing machine starts the unit when the hood door is closed.

There are bottom mounted digital controls on the dishwashing machine and it features an efficient 2 HP self draining pump, a mounted water pressure reducing valve (PRV), an automatic drain valve and vent fan control.

The Champion DH-6000-VHR dishwashing machine is an electric unit that operates on 208-240 Volts/60 Hz/1-phase and 100 Amps or 208-240 Volts/60 Hz/3-phase and 60 Amps or 460-480 Volts/60 Hz/3-phase and 30 Amps.
