To endure daily, heavy-duty use, this Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-2712-SD-R Mega Top sandwich prep table has a corrosion-resistant stainless steel exterior and a rigid, anodized aluminum interior cabinet. The top section includes a cut-out that comes with 12 sixth-size pans with 4-inch depths to maximize organization. A full-length, white polyethylene cutting board positioned in front of the food pans can be removed for cleaning. Its roll-down top lid can be closed to shield prepared ingredients from potential contaminants. The cabinet beneath the top section includes two heavy-duty, epoxy-coated shelves that can be raised or lowered to accommodate various product heights. A solid, right-hinged door encases the cabinet and can be locked in a 105-degree, open position so users can load and retrieve product quickly.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-2712-SD-R prep table has a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system that maintains operating temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit and uses R-450A refrigerant. To minimize temperature fluctuations when the door is opened, the cabinet and door are insulated with 2.38-inch-thick, high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane. The digital LED display provides a temperature readout in Fahrenheit or Celsius; operators can adjust this temperature. Able to be moved, this unit has 4-inch casters mounted to its bottom for smooth mobility and measures 27.88 inches wide by 35.75 inches deep by 44 inches high.
