The Dynamic MX91 "Classic" Single Speed Non-Detachable Master Mixer is easy to use and take with you throughout your kitchen area. Able to mix, blend, puree, and emulsify in 25 gallon pots, the MX 91 mixer has only one speed, but it can handle most mixing tasks. The tube is completely immersible, so you dont have to worry about getting it wet within soups, batters, or other food items. Since the MX91's shaft is non-detachable, you dont have to worry about it coming off and falling into the bowls and pots with which youre working. For convenience and power, you cant beat the "Classic" MX91 Dynamic Master Mixer.
